Partner terms

1. Verification

Every partner yard must provide valid company registration, tax status, and environmental permit or waste transport registration for their country of operation. European Scrap Market verifies these manually before activating the account.

2. Payment per lead

Partners pay €299 per accepted lead. Accepting a lead unlocks the seller's contact details. If a lead is invalid or unreachable, contact support within 48 hours for a credit. There is no monthly subscription.

3. Traceable payment

Partners commit to traceable payment methods only — bank transfer or documented settlement. Cash payments are not permitted within the network.

4. ID verification

Partners verify the identity of sellers at pickup. For high-value batches, both parties exchange documented proof of transaction.

5. Documentation

Partners provide settlement notes and correct waste documentation for all transactions. For industrial and commercial sellers, this includes waste transfer notes and certificates of disposal as required by local law.

6. One yard per case

Only one partner may accept a case at a time. The seller decides whether to do business. If the seller declines or is not contacted, the case is released for another partner to accept.

7. Conduct

Partners must conduct themselves professionally and transparently. Misrepresentation of prices, harassment of sellers, or violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension.
