European Scrap Market is a marketplace connecting sellers of metal scrap with verified scrap yards across Europe. Submitting a request is free for sellers.

2. No obligation

Sellers are not obligated to sell to the yard that contacts them. Yards are not obligated to accept any given case. European Scrap Market is not a party to any transaction between sellers and yards.

3. Verification

European Scrap Market verifies yards before they can accept requests, but does not guarantee the conduct or solvency of any individual yard or seller.

4. Liability

European Scrap Market is not liable for transactions between sellers and yards. Disputes should be resolved between the parties.

5. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
